Transcript A.T. Real metal products in the form of labels and lettering are a very prestigious, but also expensive and complex form of decoration. They are made of pure metal, which is built up additively in a galvanic process. For curved surfaces, in addition to manual pre-curving prior to application, a copper base is essential to ensure a certain degree of flexibility.
Due to the pure metal design, this technology requires absolute adherence to numerous parameters, great care during application and a certain amount of experience and discipline on the part of the employees carrying out the work. We have compiled further information in a technical information sheet, which we will be happy to send you on request.
In the example above, the base is a shiny gold Transcript A.T., with the right-hand section showing details of the filigree decoration. The text details, on the other hand, is finished in a matt gold colour, which looks particularly elegant. We assemble the two manufactured metal inlays separately into a single label. This creates the desired tone-on-tone effect: matt text on a shiny background. We provide a transparent mounting film to help the user apply the label with precision.
For customers who do not feel confident about applying the label themselves, we offer a service whereby we apply it to their objects at our premises.
